Daleyne Guay, President

A graduate of Montréal’s Hautes Études commerciales (HEC) in retail and distribution management, Daleyne Guay has garnered solid expertise in the field of database relationship marketing, which he has consistently put into practice over the years. In fact, he has developed innovative relationship marketing solutions that have led to response rates as high as 45%. Mr. Guay has worked for a number of national and international companies in sectors as varied as insurance, food, tourism, financial services and technology. Among others, he has worked for: La Fédération des caisses Desjardins, Visa, MasterCard, Parmalat, Les assurances BELAIRdirect, Société des Casinos du Québec and NEC Computers (Europe).

Daleyne Guay is the recipient of numerous relationship marketing campaign awards and is an expert in the area of business start-up and re-launch.
His extensive experience has led to an enviable expertise in computer technology and customer loyalty. He currently dedicates all of his time and energy to FanBox. As a highly sought after key-note speaker, Daleyne Guay is also an active member of several Canadian and European associations which specialize in marketing or advertising, such as the Montreal Advertising Club, Montreal Marketing Association, and la Fédération de l’informatique du Québec.

Daleyne Guay is a born entrepreneur, a database marketing aficionado, overall techno-junkie, and a true workaholic. Nonetheless, he always spares a moment or two for a leisurely spin on his motorcycle.


Isabelle Théroux, Vice-President – Operations

A graduate of Montréal’s Hautes Études commerciales (HEC) in business administration – accounting - Isabelle Théroux has spent several years working in the field of new technology and the Internet. By combining her certified management accountant (CMA) know-how with business operating savvy, Ms. Théroux has worked on many large-scale projects that combine both new and traditional medias for organizations such as: Les assurances BELAIRdirect, la Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec, L’Oréal Canada and Radio-Canada.

At FanBox, Isabelle Théroux oversees research and development for our MS2 platform, as well as managing the company’s day-to-day operations.
Isabelle Théroux is passionate about software development and management, and consistently strives for the perfect balance between entrepreneurial leadership, quality customer service and healthy corporate growth. In fact, Ms. Théroux subscribes to a lifestyle that’s as equally "balanced", and one that occasionally includes a little spare time for tae kwon do.
